1. About the promo runs
The Purple Preemie promo runs take place from 6am to 7am on 21 October 2026 at Andheri East (Ganesh Talao Garden, near Ganesh Mandir), 24 October 2026 at Hiranandani Estate, Thane, 25 October 2026 at Juhu Beach, 27 October 2026 at Gandhi Maidan, Siwan, Bihar, and 1 November 2026 at Marine Drive and on the Eastern Express Highway. They lead up to Purple Preemie Global Run 2026 on Sunday, 15 November 2026. The promo runs are presented by Little Fern NICU and managed by Abunduntia. In these terms, "we" means Abunduntia, acting for the promo runs.
2. Who can take part
- Registration is free. Each person can register once, using one email ID and one mobile number, for one run date.
- You must give accurate details and use your own email ID and mobile number.
- Your registration cannot be transferred to another person.
3. Your health and fitness
- You confirm that you are fit to run or walk and have no medical reason not to take part.
- You take part at your own risk. If you are unsure about your health, speak to a doctor first.
- Stop if you feel unwell and ask a team member for help. In an emergency, call 112.
4. Safety and conduct
- The runs may use public roads. Stay aware of traffic and follow the instructions of the event team, marshals and the police.
- Be considerate to other runners, residents and passers-by. Do not bring animals or take part with a vehicle.
- We can ask anyone who puts others at risk to leave the run.
5. Changes and cancellation
We may change the time, route or place of a run, or cancel a run, because of weather, safety, permissions or other reasons outside our control. We will tell registered runners by email where we can. As the promo runs are free, no refund applies.
6. Photographs and video
We may take photographs and video at the runs and use them to promote the promo runs and Purple Preemie Global Run 2026. If you do not want to appear in them, tell a member of the event team on the day. Children's photographs are used only with a parent or guardian's consent.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we and our partners are not responsible for loss, injury or damage to people or belongings that happens during or because of the runs, except where it is caused by our own negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms before the runs. The version you accept when you register is the one that applies to your registration.
